Preliminary design drawing for the River Access Plan from the Snohomish County Department of Public Works for the river access at milepost 6.9 on the Index-Galena Road. The design was developed in partnership with the Forest Service and with input from American Whitewater to ensure continued river access at this site following the re-route of the road.Description
